Cozumel raccoon — Tempe, AZ

What affects the price

Wildlife removal costs depend on a few key factors. We look at the type of animal involved, how deep they have settled into your structure, and the amount of damage they caused. If an animal has created entry points in your roof or damaged insulation, the repair work increases the total. We also consider the complexity of the trapping process and how many visits are needed to ensure the property is clear. We focus on effective, long-term solutions rather than quick fixes. About this service

The Cozumel raccoon is a critically endangered species native only to the island of Cozumel, Mexico. Because of their protected status, they are not animals you would ever attempt to trap or remove yourself. If you are on the island and encounter one in a residential area, it is important to contact local environmental authorities or conservationists. They are strictly protected by law, and interfering with them can lead to significant legal penalties. Always respect the local regulations regarding these rare animals.

As fall arrives, food becomes scarce and animals prepare for winter by hoarding supplies. This is when they are most likely to chew through wood or siding to get inside your walls. We perform thorough property evaluations to reinforce your home against these persistent intruders before they settle in for the winter.
